نامه سر گشاده اتحاد زندانیان سیاسی ایران به خانم موگرینی

خانم موگرینى در همان زمانی‌ که بعضی‌ از به اصطلاح نمایندگان مجلس ایران برای عکس سلفی گرفتن با شما از یکدیگر سبقت میگرفتند ،عده‌ای دیگر از همکارانشان چند کیلومتر آن طرف تر مشغول غارت اموال زندانیان بی‌ پناهی بودند که بعضأ مدت ۱۷ سال است که در اسارت به سر میبرند .

خانم موگرینی اموالی که توسط محمد مردانی رئیس زندان گوهردشت قبادی،‌، معاون زندان، سرگرد ذوالفعلى ،‌ فرمانده گارد سرکوبگر زندان و همچنین یوسف مردی مسئول حفاظت اطلاعات و باقری مسئول پاسیاری، و همچنین عظیمی معاون حفاظت اطلاعات به سرقت رفته تماماً با هزینه خانواده‌های زندانیان خریداری شده تا اندکی‌ از رنج عزیزانشان کاسته شود .آنها در مقابل این غارت نا جوانمردانه و سایر فشار‌های زندانبانان هیچ راهی‌ بجز اعتصاب غذا در پیش رو نداشته و ندارند .

خانم موگرینی دادستان رژیم ایران که خود با دستور غصب اموال و نصب دوربین در خصوصی‌ترین محیط زندانیان از عوامل به وجود آورنده این اعتصاب غذا است زیر چتر مشروعیتی که شما با سفر به ایران به دولت روحانی داده‌اید اعلان کرده که اعتصاب غذا ی زندانیان سیاسی را که بخاطر ابتدایی‌ترین حقوق خود از جمله نصب دوربین در مکانهای غیر معمول به آن مبادرت کرده اند را به رسمیت نمی‌‌شناسد .

اتحاد زندانیان سیاسی ایران از شما که مدعی هستید با قواعد و آداب معاشرت با دیکتاتور‌ها آشنا و زبان آنها را فهم می‌کنید می‌خواهد که در راستای احقاق حقوق زندانیانی که نزدیک به ۴۰ روز است در جهنم روحانی ساخته دست به اعتصاب غذا زده اند و اکنون در انفرادی بسر میبرند به دوستان خود در ایران فشار بیاورید.

در همین رابطه ما تذکر نکاتی را به شما ضروری می‌دانیم .

اول اینکه رژیم ایران بعد از اشتیاق شما به شرکت در مراسم تحلیف روحانی با دست بازتری گامها ی کیفی‌ در جهت نقض حقوق بشر در ایران برداشته که همین وضعیت زندانیان سیاسی یک نمونه بارز آن است .

نکته بعدی که مایلیم شما از آن آگاه باشید این است که :کسانی‌ که برای گرفتن سلفی ذلت بار به سمت شما هجوم آورده بودند اوباشی هستند بی‌ هویت و بی‌ شخصیت که تلاش میکردند حقارت خود را به نوعی جبران کنند ،اینها هیچ ربطی‌ به ملت ایران ندارند . به همین خاطر بر این عقیده هستیم که تعامل با چنین جماعتی نه تنها راه به جایی نمی‌‌ برد بلکه آنها را در تجاوز

به حقوق شهروندان و تعرض به خاک همسایگان جری تر می‌کند.
شک نکنید که در اذهان عموم مردم ایران فشار ناجوانمرادنه به زندانیان اعتصاب کننده برآیند حمایت شما از رژیم ایران تلقی‌ میشود

Open Letter from the Iranian Political Prisoners Alliance to Ms. Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy

Dear Ms Mogherini

At the same time you visited the Iranian MPs, who took selfies with you, the colleagues of these MP’s a few miles away in Gohardasht prison attacked political prisoners and stole their belongings and money. Some of these political prisoners have been in prison for 17 years.

Ms Mogherini, those responsible for the theft of the prisoners’ belongings include the head of Gohardasht prison Mr Mohamad Mardani, his secretary Mr Ghobadi, Colonel Zolfali who is head of the prisoners’ guard, Mr Youssef Mardi who is head of intelligence service, his secretary Mr Azimi, and Mr Bagheri head of the prisoner officers.

All these belongings that have been stolen, were provided by the families of the prisoners’ through hardship. The prisoners’ had no choice but to commit hunger strike for the return of their belongings.

Ms Mogherini, the head of the court prosecutors were the ones who ordered the prison officials to steal. At the same time, they installed camera recorders in every inch of their cells, taking away the prisoner’s privacy and dignity.

By going to Iran, and visiting Rouhani, you gave the green light for these prison officials to do these acts. The hunger strikers wish for the cameras to be removed and for their belongings to be returned.

Our organisation, the Iranian ex-political prisoners’ alliance, ask you as an expert of dialogue with dictators and their governments to put pressure on your friends in Iran so they can act to take away the cameras and return the prisoners’ belongings.

We want to highlight two points:

1) After you visited Iran, instead of respecting human rights, they took a big step towards violation of human rights.

2) Those who took selfies with you in parliament, they do not have a moral code, are anti-humane and have no connection to the freedom loving Iranian people. Appeasing this regime shows support for them to continue to commit more crimes, and this is not a solution.

Ms Mogherini, it is not too late to act and we trust that you will make the right decision in putting pressure on the Iranian government to give the political prisoners’ their basic rights, helping them to end their hunger strikes.
